Do you offer local delivery?
We offer first class 3-5 business day shipping and local delivery. There is a delivery fee for all orders. The fee ranges between $3-$5 throughout the 5 boroughs in NYC! We do not deliver outside of the 5 boroughs.
What are the payment options?
We offer a varies of payment methods such as Stripe, Pay-Pal, Cash, and Cash App.
What is your return policy?
We aim to create all orders within 3-5 business days. However, due to our melts being 100% hand-poured, most orders will get shipped on that Saturday.
For restocking orders it may take up to 5 business days for dispatch.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. We are also willing to exchange any of the items you dislike. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can return it to

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. Please email email@example.com with photos of the product(s) you dislike. We will gladly get back to you in a timely fashion. We can discuss an exchange if you would like.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your card statement.
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. (on Wax Melts and warmers ONLY)
After the 14th-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. If you do not like the scent after trying it, we encourage exchanging the items to try a different scent. Photo's of the product after "trying" it, is a MUST!!!!!
Return postage is covered by the customer.
