Sometimes as a mom, I just don’t feel like cooking but one thing about me, I love to eat, so ima still cook.
Sometimes we moms don't feel appreciated or we feel tired and overwhelmed so cooking dinner is the last thing we want to do!
So here's my way of making this bomb-ass 30-minute meal!
Items I used:
- Goya Dirty Mix / or Goya Jambalaya Mix or Zatarain's Mix
- Red, Green, Yellow & Orange Peppers
- Yellow Onion
- Garlic / or garlic paste
- Regular everyday black people seasoning! 🤪 (Adobo, Onion powder, Garlic powder, black pepper, Sofrito (in a jar), & Italian seasoning
