Mama’s Quick Spinach Dip
Here's a simple and quick step-by-step recipe for my classic Spinach Dip:

Ingredients:
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Adobo seasoning
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Thaw and Drain Spinach:
Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out excess moisture. You can use a clean kitchen towel or a fine-mesh strainer to do this. Ensure it's well drained.
Heat Stove:
Heat stove to Medium with Butter
Add Spinach:
Add the well-drained chopped spinach to the pot.
Mix Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, & adobo. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Serve:
Remove from the stove and let it cool slightly. Serve with your choice of bread, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.

Optional Serving Idea:
You can also create a bread bowl by hollowing out a round loaf of bread and filling it with the spinach dip. Cut the hollowed-out bread into cubes for dipping.
You can also add Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese to the top and bake in oven for 10 minutes to get a more crispier topping
Enjoy your creamy and delicious spinach dip!
